Forgings, Pipes, Tubes, Plates etc are checked dimensionally and manufacturer's T.C. is also verified with Heat Marks. Non-Destructive testing like Eddy Current, Ultrasonic Testing, D P Check is carried out at the vendor's place. In absence of such certificate, sample piece of material is sent to Govt. Approved Laboratory for physical test & chemical analysis. The results are verified with applicable specifications after which the material is accepted and used for further processing. In case of third party inspection, the identification & testing is witnessed by 3rd Party Inspection Agencies.
Each & every components after processing like Cutting, Forming, Drilling, Reaming, Turning, Grooving, etc is checked dimensionally vis a vis the specified dimensions in the drawing. After assembly of the components is done, dimensional check is carried out vis a vis the required dimensions, after keeping the necessary allowances for welding strectching/shrinkages. Necessary WPS & PQR are in place and welding is carried out using the electrodes as specified after being preheated in oven.
After carrying out the welding, visual check and Dye Penetrate check is carried out by us. Radiography is carried out by competent agencies hired by us.

Cases where Post-Weld Heat Treatment is required, the material is sent to outside agency for carrying out Heat Treatment.
Entire Equipment is checked visually for any weld splatters, surface finishing etc. The equipment is checked dimensionally to confirm that all the dimensions within the allowable tolerances of the applicable code.
Heat Chart, alongwith material test certificates, Release Note & Internal Inspection Report alongwith the Hydro-test and Guarantee Certificate are prepared for the every equipment.
