Unit has complete range of Machine Tools such as Center Lathes, Radial Drills, Welding sets, Automatic Tube Expander units with Electronic Torque Control, Plasma Cutting sets, Tig Welding sets, Gas Cutting sets etc. for manufacture of Equipment for Chemical Plant/Dairy Industry/Power Stations. The details of various jobs carried out by us for our esteemed clients are given as per Annexure-B with specific details.

We have adequate Manpower of Qualified & Experienced Engineers, Draftsmen, Supervisors and Skilled Technicians to carryout the jobs.

We also carryout Detailed Process Design & Mechanical Design of the equipments based on parameters given by our client and prepare Detailed Engineering Drawings. These Designs are usually as per ASME Sec VIII & TEMA.

Unit is situated in G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate, Baroda. The plot area measures 13000 sq.ft., with a built up area of 5000 sq. ft.

For Non-Destructive testing such as ultrasonic testing or Radiography of Weld Joints, Competent agencies are hired to carry out the job. Check-Analysis and Destructive testing of the Raw Material is carried out at Government approved Laboratories.

The jobs executed by us are under Stagewise/Final Inspection by our client or by Inspection Agency appointed by them. The jobs executed by us have been inspected at different stages by following agencies at our shop or at our client’s premises.

The Equipments supplied by us are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier, against defective workmanship or faulty material. The Equipments supplied by us have performed to the entire satisfaction of our clients. Copies of the letters from our clients regarding the performance of the equipment supplied can also be provided.

All the Pressure Gauges are calibrated before every Hydro test in presence of the third party inspector.

Acid Cleaning/Painting is carried out after, the equipment has been cleared by the client's inspection wing/third party inspector.
