Air Coolers are manufactured for use in various applications. They are used to cool gases or airs with help of fluids like water or another gas.

We carry out thermal, mechanical design and then manufacture the entire ranges of Air Coolers suitable for various applications.

Air Cooler for BFP: They are used to cool air which is being recirculated inside the Boiler Feed Pump.

Exciter Cooler: They are used to cool air which is being recirculated inside the Boiler Feed Pump.

These Coolers are manufactured as per the codes specified by the customer like TEMA, RCB,and ASME Codes.

Generally the Gas Cooler is manufactured out of the Carbon Steel and Copper/Admiralty/Cupro-Nickel (90:10)/Cupro-Nickel(70:30) Tubes depending upon the type of cooling water available. Gas is generally passed outside the Tubes. The Outside Tube Surface is enhanced by means of provided fins.

In either case solid contact is established between the fin and OD of the tube to ensure the proper Heat Transfer.

We can carry out the manufacture of Gas Coolers exactly as per the Client's existing Gas Coolers. For the same we depute our technical representative to Client's Site, examine the Gas Cooler and manufacture the new Gas Cooler exactly as per the existing ones, with same material of construction.

We also carryout the re-tubing of the Gas Coolers on site and at our works too.
